Website terms of use
The terms for using Digital Funding: listings are for information only, eligibility is decided by scheme operators, and links to other websites.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use digitalfunding.co.uk (“Digital Funding”), which is operated by Data Security and Compliance Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 09707953), at c/o Suite 2, Rotherside Court, Rotherside Road, Eckington, South Yorkshire, S21 4HL. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Information only
- Digital Funding lists funding schemes, special offers and free support to help you find what’s available. It is for general information only and isn’t financial, legal or professional advice.
- Schemes run by government and other organisations are decided and managed by those organisations, not by us. We can’t guarantee that you’ll be eligible, that a scheme is still open, or that an application will succeed.
- We check listings against their official sources and show the date they were last checked, but schemes can change or close at short notice. Always read the official scheme page before you apply or commit to any spending.
Our own offers
Offers provided by us, such as Free Supported Cyber Essentials Certification for charities, are delivered by Get Cyber Certified and are subject to the eligibility criteria shown on the offer page and to Get Cyber Certified’s terms and conditions, which we’ll give you before you buy.
Links to other websites
We link to websites run by other organisations for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link doesn’t mean we endorse that organisation.
Using the site
- Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or sending false enquiries.
- The design, text and graphics on Digital Funding belong to us or are used with permission. Photos are used under the Unsplash License and credited on the page. Scheme names and logos belong to their owners.
Our liability
We provide the site free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including decisions about applying for, or not applying for, any scheme. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that can’t be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. This version was published on 30 October 2026. Questions? Contact us.
